United Steelworkers of America, Local No. 4706, (United Steelworkers or the Union) appeals from an order of the district court dismissing its petition for judicial review of a decision of the Kansas Commission on Civil Rights (KCCR) (now the Kansas Human Resources Commission). The district court held it lacked jurisdiction because the petition filed pursuant to K.S.A. 77-613 was untimely.
