Vanessa Stoloff (“Ms. Stoloff’), individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated (collectively, “Appellants”), files this appeal from the class-action order entered in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, which sustained preliminary objections filed by Appellee, The Nei-man Marcus Group, Inc. (“Neiman Marcus”). Appellants contend that the trial court erred in dismissing its complaint against Neiman Marcus for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction.
