Reversing.
The appeals of Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District and the City of Louisville v. Bond Brothers and the B. F. Goodrich Company, seek to reverse judgments that no power was reposed in the appellant to establish a different rate of sewer service charges for property located outside the limits of Louisville than within.
