Appellant Kathleen Ann Shepherd appeals from the trial court’s order denying her motion for partial summary judgment and grant*189ing partial judgment to the law firm of Greer, Klosic & Daugherty (“GKD”) on its suit to enforce an attorney’s lien. As more fully set forth below, we now reverse.
