DECISION

This matter is before the Court for decision with respect to Receiver Allan M. Shine's (the Receiver) petition to settle claims asserted by the Receiver against certain former officers of the Education Partnership, Inc. (EP). The Receiver has asserted claims against the former officers under the Directors and Officers Liability Policy (the Policy) for the alleged negligent mismanagement of EP's financial affairs and breach of fiduciary duties.
