Appellant State Farm Fire and Casualty Company appeals the order of the Craighead County Circuit Court granting summary judgment to Appellee Sadie Andrews in her suit against State Farm for a loss sustained to her home as a result of a fire. For reversal, State Farm argues that the trial court erred in determining that Andrews was entitled to the proceeds of the policy even though she no longer had any ownership in the home following a foreclosure sale.
