PRICE, Judge:

Pursuant to a jury trial commenced on September 6,1977, appellant was found guilty of two counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse,1 simple assault,2 and terroristic threats.3 Post-trial motions were denied, and appellant was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of from six to twelve years on each involuntary deviate sexual intercourse count, and a concurrent term of two and one-half to five years on the terroristic threats count.
