In this case, the personal representatives of the estate of Paul Valentino, Sr., appeal by right from a probate court order compelling that estate to pay attorney fees to the attorneys for the guardian and the conservator of Marcus Valentino, a protected minor, for their work on petitions to remove the guardian and conservator. Marcus Valentino is the son of the late Paul Valentino, Sr. Norma Jean Veta, an aunt of Marcus, was named as the guardian of Marcus in the will of the elder Valentino.
