This is an. action of trespass to try title instituted by appellee and others against appellants. The parties claimed the land through a common source, Oliver Sutton, appellants through a sheriff’s deed to the land, by virtue of an execution issued, in a case of Moody & Jamison v. O. S. Sutton, out of the District Court of Galveston County in 1875; and appellees claimed the land as the heirs of Oliver Sutton.
