MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SQUATRITO, District Judge.
Defendants Taylor and Cameron are charged in a thirty-three count superseding indictment with the violation of various federal statutes relating to the possession and sale of firearms, conspiracy to violate federal law, and giving false statements to agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
