Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendant. We affirm.

On November 24, 1980, the City of Detroit commenced a condemnation action against plaintiff and other property owners as part of the so-called "Poletown” project. The city offered and plaintiff accepted a settlement regarding plaintiff’s property. Plaintiff, however, subsequently sought to set aside the settlement as fraudulently induced by the city. The trial court summarily denied plaintiff’s motion to set aside the settlement; this Court remanded for a full review of plaintiff’s claims…
