Reversing.

Russellville is a city of the fourth class. It is the only city of that class in Logan county. On December 8, 1906, an election was held in Logan county under section 2554, Kentucky Statutes, upon the question whether or not spirituous, vinous or malt liquors should be sold therein. The city of Russellville did not as provided by section 2560 hold an election on the same day on the question.
