In this case, an insurance carrier seeks a declaratory judgment holding that it is not bound to cover the costs of a legal malpractice action brought against a District of Columbia law firm and two of its attorneys. Invoking this Court’s diversity jurisdiction, plaintiff Chicago Insurance Company (“CIC”) brings this action against defendants Paulson & Nace, PLLC (“Paulson & Nace”), Barry J.
