Larry Busby (“Claimant”) was injured during the course and scope of his employment with D.C. Cycle Ltd. (“D.C. Cycle”), a business that sold parts for and repaired and serviced motorcycles. D.C. Cycle did not maintain workers’ compensation liability insurance.
