This is an appeal from an order changing tbe place of trial. Tbe action was commenced in Lewis and Clark county, and, upon application of some of tbe defendants, was transferred to Stillwater county.

Tbe complaint sets forth that plaintiff is tbe owner of certain described lands in Stillwater county,- that in June, 1931, A. C. Johnson entered into a written contract in Lewis and Clark county with defendant L. G.
