This is an action brought by Carroll Cornelius and others to enjoin the enforcement of an ordinance of the city of Seattle, and to enjoin the operation of a contract let thereunder. Following the filing of the complaint, appellants Koseki and Doi were permitted to intervene as plaintiffs. Demurrers to the complaint and complaint in intervention were overruled and the cause was tried on its merits upon an answer denying the material allegations of the complaints.
