RATLIFF, Presiding Judge.

STATEMENT OF CASE

Bartholomew County Hospital appeals the trial court’s mandatory injunction ordering the Hospital to grant Dr. Charles R. Ryan certain hospital privileges. We dismiss the appeal as moot.

FACTS

Ryan graduated from Case Western Reserve University of Medicine in 1972. He completed a year of residency in general surgery at Case Western Reserve and three years at Mt.
