ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT

This matter is before the Court pursuant to Defendants Yolo County, Edward G. Prieto, and DOES 1-50’s (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Defendants”) Motion for Summary Judgment. (ECF No. *127714.) Plaintiff Victoria Zetwiek (“Plaintiff’) opposes Defendants’ motion. (ECF No. 19.) The Court has carefully considered the arguments raised by both parties. For the reasons set forth below, Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
