Jeremy G. Burnett entered a plea of no contest to an amended information charging him with manslaughter under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-305 (Reissue 1995) for killing Matthew Armour while operating a motor vehicle in an unlawful manner. Burnett’s conviction and sentence of 10 to 15 years’ imprisonment were summarily affirmed by the Nebraska Court of Appeals.
