This is an appeal from the trial court’s order denying North American Industrial Supply, Inc. (NAIS) and Thomas E. Jones’ (Jones) motion for post-trial relief. We affirm.

The history of this appeal stems from a declaratory judgment action filed by Joyce D. Olson (Olson), as the Executrix of the estate of her husband, David A. Olson (the decedent). In 1972 the decedent and Jones purchased all outstanding shares of the Pennsylvania business corporation NAIS.
