Appellant, Shantee Norena Stevenson, a.k.a, Shantese Norena Stevenson, was charged with two counts of robbery and related offenses. In the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, she pleaded guilty to one count of robbery and the State entered a nolle prosequi on the remaining charges. The circuit court sentenced appellant to a mandatory term of ten years’ incarceration in accordance with Maryland Code (2002, 2007 Cum.Supp.), § 14-101(e) of the Criminal Law Article.
