MEMORANDUM

BARTLE, District Judge.

Plaintiff Kellie Collier, a student in the William Penn School District (“WPSD”), brings this suit under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et see/., as well as under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and state law. She claims that fellow students sexually harassed her and that the defendants, WPSD and certain WPSD employees, failed to take remedial action. Defendants move to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Alternatively, they move…
