Cornelia B. Knox, Guardian of Virginia Knox, has appealed from a judgment rendered against her in the circuit court of Shelby county for costs. The suit was instituted to recover $3000 on a benefit certificate issued on the life of the late Miles S. Buckingham, the grandfather of Virginia Knox. It appears that the certificate was first issued by the Supreme Lodge, Knights and Ladies of Honor, and was later assumed by the Fraternal Aid Union. The declaration alleged that Miles S.
