This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Thomas M. Zeiszler, from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas revoking his probation and reinstating his original sentence of one to five years in the Ohio State Reformatory at Mansfield. In consideration of its precedential value and the unique issues involved, this appeal is assigned sua sponte to the regular calendar pursuant to App. R. 11.1 and Local R. 4 of the Tenth Appellate District.
