MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings [Doc. No. 6] and Defendant’s Motion to Strike [Doc. No. 14]. For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies both Motions.

II. BACKGROUND
