Affirming.
The appellee, F. M. Bidner, and Mary Perkins were married in 1909. They lived in the Perkins home with Mrs. Bidner’s insane mother until the latter’s death around 1926 or 1927. Thereafter the Bidners became the joint owners of the Perkins homestead, which consisted of a dwelling and outbuildings and some 10 acres of land. Mrs. Bidner made a will in 1927, under which she left all of her property to her husband.
