This is an appeal from an award of the full Industrial Board in a proceeding brought by appellee for compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act for an injury (collapsed lung) which appellee claims to have received while in the employ of appellant on September 12, 1936.

The evidence was first heard by one member of the Industrial Board, who found, among other things, that appellee had sustained the alleged injury by reason of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment and was under total disability therefrom.
