| T Ricky Earl White appeals an order denying his petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Rule 37 of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure. White was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced as a habitual offender to life imprisonment for the murder charge, and his sentence was enhanced by fifteen years for using a firearm to commit the murder pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated section 16-89-120(a) (Supp.2007).
