This action involves rights to -the use of the waters of Crow Creek, a stream rising west of the City of Cheyenne, and flowing in a general easterly direction through that City and through lands owned by the Hammond Packing Company and the Wyoming Hereford Ranch. The plaintiff, the Wyoming Hereford Ranch, and the defendant, tbe Hammond Packing Company, are appropriators of tbe waters of said Creek for the purpose of irrigation.
