ROBERTSON, Judge.
The Second National Bank (Bank) and Judy Williams (Williams) bring this appeal from an adverse decision in a jury trial of their tort action against Sears Roebuck.
We affirm.
The facts alleged in the Bank’s and Williams’ complaint were that on August 18, 1966, Delmer Williams purchased a gas furnace from Sears, which was installed by an agent of Sears into the Williams’ home. The flue or vent pipe of the furnace was alleged to be defectively installed, in that the vent pipe was not of sufficient height in comparison to the rest of the roof as to prevent downdrafts in the pipe.…
