OPINION

YOUNG, Justice.

This is a personal injury case in which the only issues on appeal concern damages. From an adverse judgment of $1,300,000, the appellants bring forward questions on appeal concerning damages awarded appel-lee for loss of consortium, grief and bereavement, and exemplary damages. Additionally, appellee, by cross-point, brings forth the question of whether the trial court correctly refused an issue on the ap-pellee’s cause of action under the Survival Statute Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5525 (Vernon 1958).
