This is an appeal from a judgment in the County Court of Jefferson County at Law in a suit for damages arising out of an automobile collision.

The appellee Davis filed suit against the appellant Fontenot for damages to his automobile, resulting from a collision between his car and the car of appellant Fontenot at the intersection of Houston Avenue and 7th Street in Port Arthur, Texas.
