This is an appeal from the county court of Choctaw county, Okla., wherein Loyce Wilson, on June 16, 1947, was charged, by information, with the crime of pointing a pistol at another. He was tried on December 10, 1947, by a jury, convicted of tbe charge, and sentenced to serve 90 days in the county jail and pay a fine of $50. A new trial having been denied, he appealed from the judgment and sentence by filing in this court on April 13, 1948, a petition in error with case-made attached.
