OPINION BY

ALLEN, J.:

Shataan Adams (“Appellant”) appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed following his convictions for second-degree *312murder, burglary, aggravated indecent assault, and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery.1 We affirm the trial court’s determination that Appellant’s constitutional right to silence was not violated in this case. We also conclude that the Commonwealth presented sufficient evidence to support Appellant’s aggravated indecent assault conviction.
