The Plaintiff, Frederick A. Baker (“Baker”), filed the above-styled adversary proceeding to have the Court determine the dischargeability of a certain debt owed to him by the Debtor-Defendant Cynthia Smith. Relief is sought under provisions of § 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4), and (a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code.
