OPINION OF THE COURT
Rubin, J.
Defendant contends that he was deprived of his Sixth Amendment right to a public trial, arguing that the People failed to establish any overriding interest subject to prejudice if the courtroom had remained open. The People argue that this issue is unpreserved for appellate review because defendant failed to object to a limited closure of the courtroom during the testimony of an undercover officer.
