T1 Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse and Compsource Oklahoma seek review of an order of a three-judge panel that affirmed the decision of a judge of the Workers' Compensation Court awarding death benefits to David R. Pierce as the surviving spouse of Vicki Dunn. Pierce seeks review of that same order which affirmed the trial court's denial of his request for attorney fees, costs, penalties and interest.
