| iThis suit arises from a dispute concerning property located in Evangeline Parish. The plaintiff filed a boundary action, seeking recognition of the boundary between his property and that of the defendants. While the defendants asserted that they owned the disputed property by virtue of their title, they also filed an exception of prescription, alleging that they acquired title to the property through possession of thirty years.
