Bramhall, Vice Chancellor:
Edith Bryan Quillen died a resident of Kent County, Delaware, on August 5,1948. In Item 2 of her last will and testament she devised a certain parcel of real estate in the Town of Harrington to her husband, Horace Edgar Quillen, for and during the term of his natural life. Upon his death she devised said real estate to The First National Bank of Harrington, in trust for the uses and purposes “set forth in Item--of this Will”.
