Harrington, Chancellor:
Equitable Trust Company, the executor of the last will and testament of Helen Rogers Bradford, deceased, seeks instructions with respect to the questions raised by the complainant’s bill which were not determined by the order of this court entered September 24, 1947, ante p. 118, 54 A. 2d 733.
The decedent’s will, dated March 14, 1941, provides in part:
