These appeals are from a summary judgment granted by the Grayson Circuit Court, in favor of the Appellee, Leitchfield Deposit Bank (hereinafter the bank), enforcing personal guaranty agreements executed by the Appellants, Arie de Jong, Jr. (hereinafter de Jong) and Charles Marty Higdon (hereinafter Higdon), securing a loan made by the bank to the Appellee, Lakeview Golf Club, Inc.
