OPINION

ACREE, Judge:

Appellants Mary Kay and Brent Hen-ninger appeal the Pulaski Circuit Court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of Appellee Suzy Brewster claiming the circuit court erred in determining no genuine issues of material fact exist with respect to Appellee’s champerty defense under Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 372.070(1). Finding no error, we affirm.
