—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Herman Cahn, J.), entered July 5, 1995, which struck plaintiff’s interrogatories, and denied plaintiff’s motion to strike defendant’s answer, unanimously reversed, on the law, and plaintiff’s motion to strike defendant’s answer is granted, with costs.
