¶ 1. The State of Wisconsin (State) seeks review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals1 reversing the conviction of Tory M. Meyer (Meyer) for possession of tetrahydro-cannabinols (THC) with the intent to deliver, as a party to a crime, contrary to Wis.
