Before the Court for determination are motions filed by James M. Lynch, United States trustee for Region I (the “UST”), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 324 and Bankruptcy Rules 9013 and 9014, for the removal of Cecilia Calabrese (“Calabrese”) from the above-captioned cases and from all other cases in which she is the Chapter 13 Trustee in the Western Division of this District (jointly and severally the “UST Motions”).
