MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BELOT, District Judge.
This case comes before the court for consideration of defendant United Student Aid Funds, Inc.’s motion to dismiss. The court has reviewed all documents relevant to this matter including, but not limited to, defendant’s motion to dismiss and its supporting memorandum and attachments (Docs. 6 and 7), plaintiff Michael D.
