During the month of December, 1914, the board of eounty commissioners of Grady county entered into an agreement with the News-Dispatch Printing & Auditing Company, by the terms of which the auditing company was engaged to audit the books and accounts of the clerk of the district court and county clerk of said county, the county to pay for the services of one expert accountant to be furnished by the auditing company at the rate of $10 per day and traveling expenses, the audit to be completed within 30 days, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
