Frank Urban, appellant herein, is the owner .of several “pinball” machines and a member and representative of the Amusement Machines Association of Philadelphia. The association owns and had placed -in divers cigar and drug stores, luncheonettes, taprooms and other public plácés in the City of.'Philadelphia^ several hundred machines, under an arrangement with the proprietors of the stores, etc., for a division, of the coins deposited therein by the persons desirous of playing ■them.
