Intervening plaintiffs, Edward C. Reynolds, Jr., and Gleicher & Reynolds, P.C. (g&r), appeal as of right a September 28, 1995, order disbursing attorney fees. We reverse and remand.

This matter stems from a dispute between G&R and the firm of Fieger, Fieger & Schwartz, P.C. (ff&s) regarding attorney fees arising out of an underlying medical malpractice suit. G&R initially represented Donna and James Polen pursuant to a contingent fee agreement.
