delivered the opinion of the court:

This is an appeal from a part, only, of a decree of the circuit court of Madison county entered in a suit for divorce, and also an appeal from a separate judgment of the same court entered in an action at law.

Appellant filed the original complaint in which she sought a decree of divorce from appellee. To the complaint, appellee filed an answer denying the material allegations of the complaint.
